Exchange / Return Policy
General
All items sold are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in accordance with the terms herein.
Exchanges
a. An item may be exchanged only if you have received the wrong item or a defective item.
b. You should inspect your orders upon receipt. If you believe that you have received the wrong item or a defective
item, you should notify us immediately via email and submit a picture of the item received along with a brief
description of the issue. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 5-7 business days.
Please note, if we discover an item has been tampered with, we will NOT issue a refund or accept
a return.
FREIGHT FORWARDING DISCLAIMER
We is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods after
they’re delivered to a freight forwarder or intermediary address/person. This means that we
isn’t able to provide a replacement or a refund for any shipment taken outside of by hand-
carrying or using a freight forwarding service.
REFUSAL TO PAY CUSTOMS
In the event that a customer wishes to not pay the customs fees associated with their package, it will
be returned to by their country. Any shipping costs will be on the burden of the customer. If
the customer received free shipping, the shipping cost for both trips will be deducted from their
refunded amount.
Please note: Some countries will require that customs be paid for even if the package never leaves
customs. Refusal to pay customs fees in these countries, will result in the fees and any shipping costs to
be deducted from your refunded amount. In the event that your fees exceed the purchase price,
reserves the right to bill you for the difference.
If customer refuse delivery shipping fee and custom fee’s will be deducted from the amount
customer paid for his order, even if product is returned back. Please Make sure you want the
product before you place an order.
